We are out-of-network with the insurance plans listed below. If you have this insurance, please call our billing manager to discuss cash payment options. Many plans do allow you to submit for reimbursement of a portion of your costs. We will consider pro-bono cases on an individual basis.

Note: We will place a courtesy call to your insurance company to verify your benefits and provide you a copy of the information we receive. We do track your insurance benefits, but we strongly recommend that you make sure you understand your PT benefit and contact your insurance company directly if you have questions. Other services you receive outside of New Motion can impact the coverage of your visits: it is common that your PT benefit is shared with massage therapy, chiropractic, or other care. Knowing your PT benefits will help you avoid unexpected payment responsibility.
