Severe Weather Policies
In case of severe weather or power outages, scheduling policies are listed below. Please note that we do our best to notify clients when we need to deviate from these default policies.
Physical Therapy
Patients will be notified of any changes to their normal appointment schedule; this is done primarily through text message notifications.
If patients call the front desk prior to an appointment, a late cancellation fee will not be charged.
No-show fees may be charged if patients fail to show for an appointment without notifying the front desk in advance.
