Cross-Training for the Runner

New Motion's Cross Training for the Runner class was developed by Bianca Saad, DPT. Bianca was a Div I middle-distance runner at San Diego State University and has carried her passion for running in to her physical therapy careers. Join her for preventative training and stretching to reduce the risk for developing running-related injuries. This sport-specific class will equip the body with the unique combination of stability and mobility optimal for efficient running technique.
